Travel Policy
Travel Policy - Free
up to 1 hour from showroom location. Time determined by MapQuest. $60 per hour
fee for every hour thereafter. $30 minimum.

Extras
Electrical: Removal of existing electrical
fixtures & junction boxes $25-$35, rerouting of existing wires, and the
addition of electrical material $25. Brighter Concepts DOES NOT add
switches or new electric and reserves the right to decline electrical work
necessary beyond average installation requirements.
Angles:
$70.00 for each angle greater than 45 degrees.
Roof styles: (Per
Unit) Steep roof 8/12 pitch or more $35, Cedar Shake $45, Tile roof costs vary,
Additional hole cuts $25 each, Rubber roof $75, Tar and gravel $85. Flat,
concrete and metal roofs will incur additional cost which is determined by the
installer.
Ceiling extras: Plaster and wood lath $35, heavy
stucco ceilings $20. |

24 Hour Cancellation
If an
installation is canceled without 24 hour notice, a $60 service visit charge
will incur. |
Solatube International Warranty
10
years on product, 5 years on moving parts. Important note: If you require
Brighter Concepts for installation of your warrantied part, there will be a $60

Payment
Please pay installer upon
satisfactory job completion by cash, personal check, MC, VISA, Discover, or
American Express upon completion of installation. We reserve the right to void
any discounts on accounts not paid within 10 days of installation unless
authorized by our office. |
