Extras
**** Electrical: Removal of
existing electrical fixtures, re-routing of existing wires, and the addition of
electrical material will incur additional costs. The amount will be determined
on an individual basis, by the installer, prior to starting the installation.
Brighter Concepts DOES NOT add switches or new electric and reserves the right
to have electrical work done by others.
**** Angles:
$60.00 for each angle greater than 45
degrees.
**** Roof styles: Flat, tile, concrete,
rubber, metal, and tar roofs will incur additional cost which is determined, by
the installer. |

Cancellation
$45 per hour will be
charge for scheduled jobs not cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment.
Travel policy free up to one hour in each direction of our showroom. $45 per
hour for every hour after the first. |
Warranty
Installed prices include 10
year warranty on product (5 years on electrical components) and
installation. |
Payment
Please pay installer by
cash, personal check, MC, VISA, Discover, or American Express upon completion
of installation. We reserve the right to void any discounts on accounts not
paid within 10 days of installation unless authorized by our
office. |
