Lights up to 150 square feet (Approximately 10' spacing recommended between units)
Recommended installed tube length: up to 10'
Not recommended for heavily shaded roof areas.

10 Inch Solatube Material Specifications:

1. Roof Dome:
Injection molded polycarbonate classified as CC1 material. Thickness shall be not less than 0.125 ". Visible light transmission shall be 92 percent or greater. Acrylic dome shall be approved in non-UL applications provided it meets characteristics of Duradome 10 (i.e. DR-101 blend).

2. Roof Flashing:
Proprietary long-lasting polypropylene, 30% mica-filled for added strength and durability. Classified as CC2 material, .125 inch thick mold tech pattern MT11365 finish. Exclusive UL listing.
Alternative Roof Flashing: .060 inch thick A93003 aluminum. Protective powder coating complements roofing materials and combats corrosion.

3. Exclusive Spectralight 2000TM Reflector and Tubing:
Fabricated from aluminum sheet meeting the requirements of ASTM B 209, alloy and temper as required by the manufacturer to suit forming operations and finish requirements, .020 inch thick.
Finish:
Exclusive reflective silver film provides 95% total reflectance and up to 92% specular reflectance. Laminated with thermoset adhesive to provide permanent bond to substrate.
Reflective Surface:
Protected by PET film for long-lasting reflectivity.

4. Ceiling Ring:
30% talc-filled polypropylene, classified as CC2 material, or high impact ABS.

5. Dress Ring:
To be 30% talc filled polypropylene or durable ABS non-corrosive material.

6. Ceiling Diffuser:
Injection-molded, acrylic plastic classified as CC2 plexiglas, .087 inch thick, with a special prismatic design or flush diffuser with frosted finish.

7. Seals: Weather Seal:
Medium-density pile weather-strip and light-density polyvinyl chloride foam seal or UV resistant EPDM rubber. Ceiling Diffuser Seal: Closed-cell polyethylene foam, 3 pounds per cubic foot, and white polyvinyl chloride seal, butt joint welded or EPDM rubber.

8. Fasteners:
Shall be same as metals being fastened or non-magnetic stainless steel or other non-corrosive metal as recommended by the manufacturer.
